Personality:
-caring
-careful
-Calm, but can have sudden outburst of anger due to his mutation.
-He can be funny at times but does it serious like, making it less funny... lol
-Very responsible indeed, but not with Juniper XD
-Curious about his powers and the powers of others
-he likes to get to know people and may become awkward in conversations as he tries too hard.

History:
He found Calliopy a year before enrolling into the academy, he learned what happened to her family, they were brutally killed by the Shadows. He promised calli he would fight for her and enroll to the academy to learn to protect her and others.

Strengths:
-he is resourceful
-he is fast.
-his fan can cause great damage with help of little wind power.

Weaknesses:
-rather clumsy
-his left arm, the unmutated one
-looses focus
-his right arm can hurt badly from the air pockets.
-Cake, chocolate cake with pink frosting.

Weapon:
He uses two fans made from kuni needles and fabric, the what nots lol ok

Mutations:
His right arm has vain like air pockets under his skin. they open up and the air shoots out bla causing his arm great pain. When he gets older he will no longer feel his arm. He is thankfully left handed

Additional:
He cares alot for the other students no matter who they are.
He can be made fun of and still love them like a sibling.
He can often be seen walking to the nurse or walking to the mess hall.
He doesnt spend much time with is Keeper.

Justin Likes Cake, mostley Chocolate with Pink frosting
He has a little sister that he adores and would do anything for, she even snuck into his bags, and was stuck with him for the first week of school.
He is shy around some people but doesnt seem so since he usually ignors his shyness and goes on with whatever he is doing... (might have to change that)
He hates being called names it makes him grumpy.
His favorite pass time is flying kites and other things involving wind, he liks the cool breeze.
He likes Yoga and knows some kung fu, Mostly Mantis style
He loves watching creatures fly and hopes to one day be able to fly as well
he would often be seen looking out the window at birds and what not

he does the kng fu stuff cuz it calms him and helps him with his balance... it also makes him feel stronger cuz he feels that he is weak, thats also why he wanted his facial hair, thinking it would making him seem stronger or tougher. he also likes watching birds cuz he wants to be able to leave the ground where he is, his self esteam is a bit low and he just thinks bird can do and go where ever they please, and he wants that one day.
